Having said that. I can remember when I was about 17 having to take my socks off to get my trousers on. From memory the leg opening was 7".

I like close fitting trousers, but not so they pull and crease like those things, well on a suit at least. I like the guys 180 degree cutaway collar on the right though!

The more I learn the more I realise I know fuck all, unless you've been buying suits regularly for the last 15 - 30 years, or you're a tailor or a maker, what do you really know about men's tailoring other than an amateur interest? Which is why other forums are a labels orgy, because they think if they have an Alden shoe or a decent name on their suit that's enough. It's like an arms race to these people, it's not got much to do with the love of clothes.
