The cut of the gorge and collar is weird and unbalanced. Ticket pocket appears askew.
I agree with ken on the pucker on the body side of the scye, maybe it needs a better ironing job. And the jacket appears too long, but it could be the photo angle. However if those puckers were eliminated, I think the roped sleeve (if you could isolate it from the rest of the jacket) would look rather nice, to me the roping is not exaggerated at all, in fact such roping is a telltale that the jacket (or at least the sleevehead) is hand made.

It's the Clown's unkempt and sublimely vile look that stood out to me. Those trousers look like orphaned suit trousers that didn't fit very well to begin with. And the coordinated shirt and tie is best left to open-mouthed gasps.
