ln actual fact, even allowing the judge to sentence you in a court of law is pretty much impossible in the lower level courts under the common law system. lf a judge can't `establish jurisdiction over the pending matter' then he must throw the case out of court.

lf you play your cards right no lower level judge can ever convict you of anything under common law, no policeman can fine you or pull you over in your car, no bank can claim credit card debt off you, and often you are not even required to go to lower level courts for anything if you write a letter providing certain conditions.

Here are some notes l took a long time ago that apply to the legal situation. This will blow your minds...hardly anyone knows this stuff, but it works!

If you argue with a judge you will lose your rights. If you are silent and refuse to answer a judge you lose your rights.

This how you challenge a judge when he asks for your name in court:
30:30 = 31:00 (top video) Judge asks “what is your name”
You say “your honour, l shall give you my name upon proof of claim that you have established jurisdiction over the matter pending.”

Or
You say “l shall give you my name upon proof of claim that there is a controversy upon the court”

31:40 – 32:00=  When a judge asks you to stand you say the following:
“I shall stand your honour however l do not wave any common law rights, nor do l grant inpersona jurisdiction”
Always obey the judge, but only on conditional acceptance./

32:25  33:15- If the judge aks you “so what is all this about?”

You say “l accept your offer to assume jurisdiction your honour, on proof of claim that you have established jurisdiction over the matter pending”.

33:24 – 33:55 = the judge is trying to get jurisdiction over you. But if he fails to get jurisdiction over you the court case is over with.

33:58 – 35:30 = if you get a summons in the mail you can write RTS (return to sender) on the envelope or if you open it you can write a small note and take it into the registrar of the court saying “l accept you negotiable instrument for  value and consideration upon  proof of claim”  You don’t say anymore because it is only here-say (only an allegation)
A lawyer is only an actor and a third party intervener  into a private agreement, but they are only a 3rd party. They have no knowledge of what actually happened, so they rely on here-say, they rely on argument,  they rely on controversy…and until there is controversy , a judge can’t step in and adjudicate, so you have to stay out of controversy. DON’T CREATE AN ARGUEMENT because the judge will step in and adjudicate.


35:50 – 36:42=  Common Law are our rights, so no-one has got the right to fine you or stop you in your car under common law unless you admit you are an entity.  If you are an entity you don’t have any rights except the ones they give you, but that’s nothing to do with common law.
Even if you are guilty, if a judge can’t get jurisdiction over you the case will be thrown out.

39:27 -  44:00 the police are just policing a corporation (us) and when they pull you up in the car they are only intruding on private matters which they have no right under common law to intrude upon. All common laws refer to corporations aka the straw man.

The judge or police can only lodge a claim against an entity (a strawman), never against a flesh and blood person.

If the police pulled you over and said: “you weren’t wearing a seatbelt”

You would say: “well, show me the injured party”

44:02 -   try to become a flesh and blood person and have a strawman account. This means that you can throw away your drivers licence because you no longer operate a commercial vehicle because you are no longer a corporation. Use private number plates, not state number plates.

51:20 -  51: 51= names spelt in all capital letters are strawman names. Names in lower and upper case are real flash and blood names. Eg, JOHN DOE = strawman name. John Doe = real name (common law English name).

51:53 -52:40 = Washington D.C is a corporation, not a country. Washington has no jurisdiction over the rest of the U.S.A, it is completely separate. The U.S president has no jurisdiction over the U.S.A, only the corporation called Washington.

54:24 -   54:35 = no legal money in circulation in our economy.
1:06:25 – 1:06:30 = No such thing as credit card dept.
1:06:14 – 1:14:20 = This is how to get out of credit card debt:
“l refer to the default notice dated ?/?/200? And wish to advise that your negotiable instrument has been accepted of value upon proof of claim, which may be substanciated by forwarding the following verification of debt details within three days (72 hours) of receipt of this notice to the address listed below
1>    Proof of the existence of an account or contract in the actual flesh or blood name of John Doe deulery signed and witnessed by both parties, not a unilateral agreement and upon which signed page there is reference to the entire agreement. Note…John Doe is an artificial entity, a  limited liability legal fiction trade-mark which constitutes valuable intellectual property and all rights, titles and interests are reserved.

2>    Proof of claim that you are the current original holder of the above mentioned debt instrument and that it is not being onsold to another party

3>    A copy of the actual accounting whereby `Bank X’ has occurred a loss of the alleged debt

4>    An invoice, not a statement for any amount of money allegedly owing to `Bank X’ by John Doe.

Disclaimer at bottom of note = “please note: incorrectly addressed mail shall be returned unopened and unread. Any and all correspondence from this point must be by mail only. John Doe does not authorize the recording of his voice at any time for any purpose, nor does he consent to being contacted by telephone and shall enforce his copyrite rights in all instances such as copyrite infringements or trademark violations. No authorization for the use of JOHN DOE TM is implied, granted or permitted. JOHN DOE TM agrees to hold harmless John Doe the natural flesh and blood man for all claims and liability between the private contract between the parties”.

They can never send an invoice because there is no money.

1:11:40 -1:11:41=  After you have done this you get a bad credit rating, so to clean up the credit rating you need to write a letter to the credit reporting agency (a 5th or 6th party) and ask for your credit history and then you challenge them to provide proof of claim that you defaulted on the alleged debt. Lf they can’t prove that you defaulted they must correct the record and say that you never defaulted.

1:12:05 – 1:12:22  If a debt collector bothers you and you ask them to stop bothering you until they provide  proof of claim of the alleged debt and they can’t prove it, it is a $1,000 fine each time they bother you.

Common Law only applies in the lower courts, not in the Supreme court or higher.

1:17:40 -   NWO will knock on your door and bring you off to the FEMA camps because they we are strawmen, so they are allowed to lock corporate entities in FEMA camps. They want to reduce population reduction by 80%. (This relates to the Obama post above that l made).

Artifical entities are created so  people (banks and governments etc) can gain advantage in the financial world.

We buy stuff using the private money of the IMF so we don’t own anything.
