Intrigued to find members of the Royal Family on Facebook.
I am not one of natures flag-wavers, but the idea of a President Blair or Cameron shakes me.
Entertain yourself by compiling a list of the most mediocre US Presidents.
I can't see any connection with Jeff Garret here unless Prince Harry has started wearing round glasses and Dexter loafers?

His page links to theirs.
Damn, I have no clue who might be linked to my facebook page. I accept everyone. Even if it was a Prince...
Just goes to show.
that Facebook is a waste of time?
Only one man's opinion.
Come to think of it, 'TI' ain't so very different.
Just watch John Simons' little face light up when you mention the Internet.
oh he hates it. Couldn't give a toss. They don't even have a functioning website yet!

I would be interested to know what people have seen Jeff wearing. I can well understand GG and his mates thinking Jeff might be the guv'nor. I was quick to note how effortless he made it look. The white t-shirt seems to make all the difference.
Jeff, if you should happen to look in, God bless yer!
If you can stand Facebook you'll find Jeff always happy to chat.

Message from Jeff for our Andy B. thanking him for his good wishes & saying how pleased he is that his Dexter Bucks are still holding up !
That's good to hear. Ask him if he remembers how they had to almost steer me out the door, carrying about a dozen pairs of shoes, six or eight pairs of high-waisted deadstock strides, half a dozen or so Fred Perry jumpers and some other stuff, all nicely packed by Jeff into those brown bags. The journey from Covent Garden tube to King's Cross was more than interesting. I got a real good tour of the basement that day. I took back to Derbyshire Weejuns, Dexter, Walkover, saddle-bucks, some whacking great brogues 'Specially Made For', which I passed on to GG. A memorable day.
I think wearing what we used to call a 'body-warmer' under, say, a peacoat on a bitter day isn't at all a bad idea. You see, the problem with them up here is, they're worn by horsey women. My daughter used to wear a Husky, to go and muck out.
A sweet guy, our Jeff. Tell him I hope he'll be packing those bags for me again very soon, would you?
Best - Andy_B
Will do. He's a sweet soul and really does appreciate being remembered just now.
- No attitude about him, just into what he's into & very happy to share it.
J.
I don't think anyone who encountered Jeff at his smiling best would ever forget him!
Just a bump for this. RIP Jeff.
I had to make a return to pass comment on this event. I shall miss that lovable old pervert in the C&G specs who used to regale me with chat about obscure books, Tottenham Hotspur and girls' arses. I bumped into Richard Simons last night and like the rest of us he is so upset - "he was like family" he said. He was the coolest Ivy dresser with little interest in Ivy, a bit like all the best chaps - JS and Strachan amongst them.
/\ A very fitting last word. The guy just had style. I bet he never cared what name to give it. It was HIS style.
Best, GG -
