blogger.com - how do l use it
After trying for years to write a shoo blog, l am still failing to know how to do it. l don't know how to add to my first post nor edit anything. Can anyone help?
Trying to work out how to write an online blog is one of the most difficult things l have ever tried to work out. l've tried many times but have failed badly each time. l'm starting to think that starting a blog isn't worth it (wastes too much time trying to work out how).

You click on 'Design' in the top right of your home page and that takes you to a page that includes 'posting' click on that and then click 'edit posts'. You'll soon get the hang of it.

Shooey, it's pretty easy.
A bit hard to show you online.
I've used many platforms, professionally as well, Wordpress is perhaps the best for medium sized sites, have used Drupla, and a while back Domino. Also used Weebly which I don't like much as it doesn't allow as much control as I'd like, but can be simple enough for simply websites blogs and offers free hosting.
Shooey , pm or ring me, depending what you want I'd be happy enough to set something up for you to use. You might want to get your own domain and hosting. Not very expensive.

You can use a lot of others like this one here PunBB. Most hosting comes with a wide range of good FREE programs.
I have used SITE5 for many web sites, hosting, big and small over the last 10 years.

Shooey, most libraries have good books on each platform. It's often easier to have a book open alongside while doing it.

All the young people these days are using tumblr for pictures. It cant be too diffucilt.
I've not noticed if it works ok for much text or archives and searching but I'm sure if I had a small fiddle with it I could pick it up in an hour or so.
