Doesn't seem too long ago, that we were among the few games in town.  Now blog this, blog that.  Some of it good.  Most of it recycled.  Which is fine I guess.  Don't want to get into a Tom22 rant.  Must be careful.


What news of the old guard?  JLib?  Where's Raj and Pags and Shoo Pyramid Guy and Machiavelli, and all that crew?  Are they still in the game or have they fucked off to more sane pastures?  Does everyone get along now?  What of Harris?  Did he ever resurface?  Or the drunk budding journalist? I thought he was on here for a while under a diff. moniker.

Haven't really bought much new clobber save for several pairs of very expensive (to me) US-made Levis.  A pair of shoos and a new coat.  Still can't quite comprehend shelling out the dough for what used to be workwear, but damn is the denim good compared to the dreck that passes for denim nowadays.  Actually, I find the whole weird Amish-looking Hipster Lumberjack movement over at ACL to be kind of weird.  It's this strange fetishization of the working class by a bunch of fat guys sitting on $!000 chairs behind $3000 computers that rest on real estate that's obscenely priced.  What's going on.  Please explain.
