True size is probably 40/42 Misrepresented as 45 by someone who has just run a tape round it and stated actual measurement of the garment.
Yeah, I saw that baby too Woolster, but the 38s seems a bit off to me.
Wish they would stop taking pics with the fabric pulled tight on the mannequin too, looks bloody ridiculous!
Maybe a 39s Tom? Either way I agree I hate that pinning round the back. That price would be worth the punt anyway I think.
Have you managed to find a sack that you feel suits you yet, Tom?

Mad as hatters, the lot of them. What are they going to do, display them in a glass cabinet? I thought my Jack Purcell were expensive at sixty quid.
How high are you willing to go, jesmond. Those sneakers are you man!
Space up top never a problem for one of our own !
Welcome! I always prefer set sale to ebay nowadays.
There's also the general for sale thread, too, if you don't want to start a special thread for your own stuff...
Well, i`m gonna take your word for it, Liam. I WAS gonna make a bid, but now......
I just thought that they looked the closest resemblance i`ve seen, to date. (Though, admittedly, i haven`t seen that many).
I haven't looked lately, but you used to be able to pick up USA-made Converse pretty cheaply on Ebay. I think my green All-Stars were about £18. They're in excellent condition still (although I have to admit to getting more wear out of my grubby Jack Purcell). I really like those above, but, my God, I just couldn't think about paying that kind of money - any more, I'm afraid, than for a vintage popover. My thrifty habits die hard (even though I'm routinely told I spend too much).
