Monty Python lives!
How poverty=stricken chaps and their chapesses dress from jumble sales!
^ There was a shop in the Fulham Palace Road that sold this sort of kit but it closed earlier in the year.
^ True, but I have never understood amateur dramatics or English civil war re-enactors either.
Maybe some people just like dressing up in costume?
This looks much more interesting than the "real" Olympics - and I bet they don't test for drugs - makes me think I could compete next time around
More of same

Indeed 1920s are more amusings.
But require Saville Row suits,i fear.
Ah! I get it now. It's Mornington Crescent in the park!
It's the serious Olympics I'm worried about. The busy logo that seems to represent the heart of multi-cultural and fractured England and the terrible one-eyed Cyclops teddy bare mascot that scares kiddies away like a paedophile in an afternoon matinee. Then there's the overspend: original estimate 2.37bn now running at 10bn and that ridiculous British Standard 8901 for the 'events industry' underpinning the so called strategy of the games.
This could turn out a great wet lettuce for Blighty.
Considering we're broke it's beyond me why we're lashing money away on Olympic games & Jubilees. Load of bloody rubbish. Give the money to the NHS instead.
The ship is sinking NJS, nothing is going to stop that, the only question is when and who will be exposed with their snout in the trough at the critical failure moment:

This sucka's going down!
Well, Hep, this is partly why we left for the New World.
Anyway, at least I have found an amusing entertainer, who is new to me: a kind of cross between Jimmy Durante and Bernard Matthews!
And what's so wrong with murder ?
Show me the crime in getting rid of most people...
Isee that Barclay's Bank's 'Bob' or 'Bill' Diamond is to lose his £20m bonus? Giving the heads of recently bankrupted banks such bonuses (contingent on performance that they can reach only by fraud) suggests that Nero is on the fiddle again. It is small wonder that the shiop is sinking! Glug, glug, glug...
...something has to be done.....!!!!!!
