question on fitting trousers correctly
Whenever I get a suit made up, I always seem to have trouble with the rise...I'm 6'4 but tailors always seem to make the rise too long.
In fact it sometimes takes them a few suits to get it right. Is it possible to go back and correct the rise on trousers already made up? any help/comments most appreciated...

Better the rise too long than too short. A short rise can make for bulging eyes...
