Charlotte Green and Harriet Cass are being pensioned off. Shame I like their voices. They could get rid of Stephen Fry though, I would not miss him.

Always liked the Shipping Forecast too, though I am not a sailor and do not live by the sea. It is reassuring and reminds me that we are a maritime nation.
Clearly, no Radio 4 listeners around here, Kingy.
Philistines!

When I was over in the States, my colleague was listening to digital radio and had one tuned in his car that specialised in non-stop swing and jive from the 30s and 40s. I was impressed.
My digital radio(s) also pick up via wifi all the Internet stations in the world. Including BBC4. Theres anything you might think of - even 24/7 BOB.
We used to have radio like this. http://www.mikeagranoff.com/audio/MFM/10%20-%20Ballad%20Of%20The%20Sandman.MP3
