A few days ago, on an overhead TV at my gym, I saw pat Sajak from Wheel of Fortune trot out to greet his guests in a charcoal solid single breated peak lapel suit. Now I couldnt help thinking that if Mr. Sajak was wearing this style it must test as positive or unoticeable anywhere in the country, right?
So the question is, does the fact that Pat Sajak is wearing the peak lapel jacket mean it is completely mainstream or does it suggest we've jumped the proverbial shark and it will now begin to recede as a popular choice?
They also tend to have an elderly audience, do they not?
I've seen him wear rather unfortunate double-breasteds as well.
Pat Sajak may be something of a barometer, but he's certainly no style icon.
