A modestly priced Morning Suit for £600, possible? If so, from where?

Hi

Firstly let me introduce myself. I'm sure I had an account here, maybe it got deactivated due to lack of use? I must admit to becoming more a lurker than poster on this forum. However, with my wedding soon approaching, I need the advice of you fine chaps.

In short, my plans for a Savile Row morning suit are dashed. Money restraints, and using my head not heart, have caused me to realise that it just won't happen.

I am therefore hoping to get a morning suit for about £600.

I note Suit Supply have one for £300, surely there must be an owner of days, such a suit out there somewhere?

Then there are the cheaper tailors, though in my price bracket it seems King &Allen are the sole option and this forum do not appear to have a great relationship with them. What about George in Harringay,  no idea of his cost, but seen a few postive mentions. Any thoughts?

Graham Browne and the like seem well out of the price bracket.

I am also willing to consider good quality secondhand.

One of the key things is that there should he sufficient materia in the seamsl to make this a suit that I can have altered and will fit me for a good 15 years.

Would greatly appreciate your thoughts and advice.

Thanks
R

I would try Wilvorst, standard mid-range quality and prices.

Arrives unpressed and minimally packaged.

Buckleigh in Lower Sloane Street offers both hire, new and second hand - http://buckleighoflondon.com/wedding-suit-hire-london.php

Oliver Brown, almost next door, also sells new and used morning suits - http://www.oliverbrown.org.uk/menswear/wedding-kit.html

Contrary to lies of FNB and Woofboxer, I (and most of the other "Buff Bastards") have been banned from posting on this forum. There are only a few posters left so don't waste your time on here. This forum is dead and nobody cares.
