Kingy's is the 'straight man' role I think - He sets up the punchline. And it always works. He sticks to the same formula because it is a winner.

As for Shaver... Pffffft.  Just another iCreature.

Best -

You may be expecting too much from the Net !

iCreatures are fine & can be made use of. Mr. Shaver is of no use to me, so he is free to roam !

Best -

Legendary Trad and assumed Ivy Leaguer Hardline 42 achieves a major goal--Mrs. Hardline 42 now dresses like Drip!  It's a touching story in which a young woman, unsure of herself and married to a man who cares more about his clothes and his internet friends than he does about her friends achieves connubial and sartorial harmony at the BB Outlet. She now buys the OCBDs, the blazer, the ill-fittting Barbour, "... she ended up picking a Bedale over the more fitted Beadnell because..." she doesn't want to look attractive, obviously, she's dressing like a fucking car stereo salesman.  The sad story here:

Normally a boast to a male audience beginning "It's finally happened! The wife will dress as....." has a somewhat racier conclusion.

Re: Inane Post of the Day 2012: The End of the Sartorial World Edition

I thought the part about Americans having no taste was funny.  Major Hoad is probably right in that most people do not have taste.  His comments need to be looked at in context with his time and social standing.  A banker and an artist are not expected to dress the same.  Bankers may be able to stretch what is acceptable dress now more than in the past they still can't show up for work looking like Peewee Herman in a Tom Ford suit.  I think where the Major is stuck in the past may have more to do with colours and patterns.  People now are more likely to accept wilder colours and patterns as more formal.

I wish he would have expressed more of his opinions on cologne.

Contrary to lies of FNB and Woofboxer, I (and most of the other "Buff Bastards") have been banned from posting on this forum. There are only a few posters left so don't waste your time on here. This forum is dead and nobody cares.
