Bespoke Shirt Fitting Shirts:Who Makes Them?
Though we may have differing tastes and opinions about dress, style, elegance, etc., I do believe that there's something upon which we can all agree is of utmost importance:fit.
Featured on many of the threads on these fora is the ideaology of fit above all else, especially in bespoke shirts. What I've learned is that the best way to achieve the best fit is to begin with a muslin or cotton, etc., 'fitting' shirt(after measurements are taken and the pattern's drawn, of course). I think I'm right on this one.
So, besides the following, who else makes a muslin, etc., fitting shirt in order to achieve the perfect fit?
I know that this has been covered elsewhere, but I'd like to 'centralize' the information.
The Usual Suspects Are:
1.Charvet, Paris
2.Anna Matuozzo, Naples
3.Mimmo Siviglia, Rome
Who else?
Please feel free to add as many to the list as possible.

Hi forum, this is my first post here. Some of you may have seen me on AAAC or Styleforum. Pleased to meet you all!
I have no experience with Charvet or Mimmo Siviglia, but I'm having shirts made by Anna Matuozzo. Anna constructs a 'fitting shirt' after your measurements are taken. The fitting shirt is constucted of cloth you've picked for one of the shirts you ordered, but is not finished: the collar and cuffs are temporary, there are no buttons or buttonholes, and the length of the hem is rudimentary. At the first fitting, she pinches and pins; at the end you hopefully have a good sense of what the final shirt is going to look like. I haven't gotten my order yet, so I'm eager to see how it turned out. I tried showing this process on my blog.
Battistoni goes to more elaborate lengths with its first fitting, as far as I know. They create a fitting shirt from muslin, then actually cut the collar while you are trying it on! That last bit alone made the experience tempting enough. The men's shop was incredibly welcoming and patient; however, we picked up some snootiness in the women's boutique.
That's about all I know.

Siniscalchi in Milan does a muslin fitting as well as Alex Kabbaz in NY.
