Re: Spectacle frames - Shuron wire frames

mmh my Revelations are 52/22/172 with Relaxo cables

Had a mate over the other day - he was wearing a set of the real gold Savile Row from Algha Works. Looked good on him but on my honk they sit way up on my eyebrows. His cost $400aud+ here - only $199usa on Vics site -  hes getting  his next pair online.

I'm thinking the Ron Strong P3 will sit low enough for me and I'm planning to add a pair of multi focals to my 4 pair of bifocals, one lookovers and one huge pair of just readers.

Heppie - do they seem to sit low?

Re: Spectacle frames - Shuron wire frames

I dunno'?

(Note: I've been wearing the Ron Strong's intermittently now for a couple of months, and although they look good on the president, they look more like a Nazi interrogator on me and I tell everyone these a genuine US military WWII issue, no one buys it. So a spectacle dead-end, but I enjoyed the journey).

Re: Spectacle frames - Shuron wire frames

Watched it tonight on the big screen at home. Came up well - interesting film. There was one of those short docos afterward on the making of the film, hosted/narrated by the star - Eva Marie Saint - lots of good little insights about Grant and Hitch and the process of film-making.

I was pleasantly surprised to see Edward Cuthbert Platt (The Chief in Max Smart) in the film, looking pretty much the same as he does in Max. Except younger.
