It does look good, why don't all men look like this then? Seems simple.
I have no idea Carpu, I think Soggy has good knowledge of one the switch occurred.

If and when I can afford bespoke I want a two-button undarted, short twin vents, a tiny bit of shoulder and a tiny bit waist suppression, one pair plain front pants and one pair single forward pleat.

I like the American, natural shouldered suit with some chest suppression ala Savile Row.
I like the IDEAL Tom Ford is shooting for, but I see few of his suits/customers where it really works. Maybe it's the RTW limitations, who knows.

I like a suit that is comfortable; that I can breath in. But I hate a suit that looks at all too large. The '30s and 40's high-waisted style are my favorite. Least faavorite would have to be the huge loose fitting suits of 1950s TV - a'la Perry Mason & Clark Kent. My biggest pet peeve with modern OTR suits is the damn over-sized arm holes, which, when you raise your arms, cause the whole jacket to come along for the ride.
