Re: evolution of taste in dressing

It depends were you want to go with it really Formby, you can create less aggressive looking palettes, same way as you can make soothing music, and excitable music. This is what I'm getting at, you can't undermine the process of what is actually occurring in the physical world, the expression then comes from what you are discussing, which is very important too, because it must be used as communication. So I agree with what you say, only so much can come from the theory, you must become the player of the theory, and that what makes it human, and artful, but they can't exist separately.

That's is what I always like about abstract expression is the suggestion of things, whether lines, colours, shape that stir our basic feelings. To understand things on that level, is quite interesting, instead of a relativity normal image we can understand in realistic terms, like a piece of classic art.

Arrives unpressed and minimally packaged.

Re: evolution of taste in dressing

I don’t think I went through a real evolution of dressing, before I encountered FNB I had already covered what I need in my little niche of the world. What I really like about this website is the respect towards real craftsmanship instead of marketing myths and the knowledge of some of the fabric gurus you can find here.

^^ Yes - I criticised the merchandise (poly-cotton undershirt) of a sponsor who (IIRC) was his mate.
