I think diagnosing other people of potential ailments is base.

You think admitting class is a factor allows for good taste...that makes sense, since you are convinced you possess good taste...I agree and am naive enough to believe you.

You are not affected by hierarchy like other plebeians, 99% of other folk are idiots..I agree and think you are admirable.

You don't take yourself too seriously...I agree.

It is not that I am rude, it's just that you are a dolt. What is the point of discussing anything with someone who is desperate to believe he is better than other people? In the end, the actual differences between men are as substantial as air. You have some growing up to do, kiddie.

The only difference between you and anyone else is that you have 100 suits..I can get 100 suits made by hands considered skilled and it would barely require more than a few words--Your so-called edge in taste is nullified, and I have barely broke a sweat. What is your advantage, then? How are you different?

A last word...in the real world, "good" taste is most appreciated in things that cannot be purchased...You are the 99% too, but you too dim to even know it.

You might know more about suits, but how would one know that? From what I've perused you are just an enthusiast. And delusional at that too; to imagine your tailor is a maven of taste and design is comical---and a necessity, you've paid so much for your suits that you'd have to believe that. I just hope you are able to afford this expense, it would be awfully sad to think you have spent a substantial fraction of your income on this conceit.

But you seem to need a hobby that makes you feel different from others...I hope some of your friends and family agree and think you are stylish. I am curious though, does the lady in your avatar believe so? Does she consider you a man of sophistication that your suiting surely evokes?

Filmnoirbuff, I think you might have mistaken me for someone else, I do not know of any of persons you refer to.

I have never seen a pink or purple striped suit...but I think that pink and purple striped shirts are lovely--I have several myself.

Purple or pink stripes in a suit might be nice as well, but I have none.

My son majored in neuroscience at Yale, so I asked him about the male/female brain differences. From his reporting, lthough anatomically there are no discernible differences, functionally there are many differences large and small. Hormones play a role.
As far as the right/left brain issue, there are some partial dominance issues, but there is a lot of crossover and plasticity. In practical terms, speaking of "right/left brain" is not considered a serious issue by those in the field.

Now, about our troll Eckhart. He is Ivanov. The tropes are depressingly similar. Vague allusions to a privileged background, I do not care what you think of me, but I think you are a small person and here's why (or variant thereof), I'm not the one being a ---, you are, etc. He obsessively answers any post directed at him, lest anybody other than him get the last word. He strikes me as a particular kind of gay personality.

I enjoyed my few trolls with him because he is clever. Regretfully he is a one trick pony.
