he's dressing like a waiter or a barman, he's always done that. the cut of the dinner suit and the shoos say it all!
he is clearly out of his depth.
And that was a short joke from Liam! PWNage
I have a solid 2 inches on Foo if the 'Fuck Yeah Short Guys" is to be believed. TAKE THAT WORLD!
Bless him, he obviously put's the effort in, I think he'd do better in a bit of baggy Ivy. Like Woody did.
I think he does look too neat and precise. It makes him look like a doll. Personally I feel shorter, slimmer guys look better when they aren't hiding it with shoulder pads and shoes that are supposed to make them look taller. Foo falls into that trap all the time.
Some short arses have a problem with their height and some just get on with it.
I think if it is a thorn in ones side it will always show through as that. In ones style and in the way ones presents oneself.
Woody Allen got on with it. He is happy to slouch and wear clothes that may be verging on ill fitting... something short guys avoid generally, like a plague. The only time you get a proper handle on his height is when he is standing next to someone much taller. Usually a woman.
Foo, it's all over his face and in the way he stands. His clothes. Everything. Same story with that little top hat wearing chap from that other forum. They look like little action figures. "Aw, Bless!" is a standard response to someone like that. That's not a response I ever want from anyone.
I'm luckier than Foo and that other dude I suppose though in that I think I'm better proportioned. I have decent shoulders and I don't suffer from that lollipop big head skinny body thing that they do.
I think Foo would look more natural if he worked on his shoulders instead of relying on padding to make his head look right. And if he's going to wear elevator shoes at least be brazen about it and go for a nice pair of stilettos like Prince does. And would it kill him to get a proper grown ups haircut!

I would've gone with bigger bow ties, oh wait, that'd be impossible.
Mafoofan gets more like a wax work dummy by the day. They'll be wheeling him into Madame Tussauds shortly as a new display: iGent Homo Extincticus.
Foo does look absolutely tiny. Peter Jackson could have saved a fortune on CGI if he'd cast him.
The little Oriental fellow is not poorly dressed as some of you guys say. He is well dressed, and looks adorable--but not the good kind of adorable, he looks cute in a "I can never take him seriously" sort of way.
His diminutive self does look like it is trying to elongate by wearing tailored clothing though-- everything looks bespoke on him. Why do you guys dislike him? Is he pretentious
The failure part I can agree with--especially since he puts what appears to put a fair amount of resources into trying to look more than just polished. The shoes are certainly odd though--maybe it's a quirk that he thinks adds character because someone who puts thought into clothing knows those shoes are incongruous.
The humour part is harsh...but I can't blame you--I do it to that tawdry filmnoirbuff for the same reasons. This China doll and filmnoir likely have a lot in common, the only difference being that I suspect filmnoir is caucasian and better proportioned. The oriental may look like an overdressed toddler but it is not so easy to say what he could do to look better--I wonder if I myself was so unfortunate to be short and idiotic looking would I look much much better?
Other than shoes, posture, and wearing more structured clothing what can be changed to improve him?
It's wrong to have a go at Mafoofan because of his tiny proportions, and Napoleon complex aside, no one is. He was the vanguard of the iGents for awhile, that is his crime. He had a massive internet footprint, you couldn't avoid him and his forthright opinions and massive collection of Alden longwings in #8.
And there was all that nasty, rascist bile and attacks from his fellow students against him and his girlfriend which were posted on his university website a couple of years back. That was really uncalled for, no wonder he turned from that chosen profession.
I keep hearing this, what is an igent? I thought filmnoir was an igent, so I am now confused.
What profession?? And how can a university student become a vanguard of bespoke clothing?? It is quite expensive hobby for a university student--and an odd hobby for son of a wealthy family to take on...Is that what an igent is-- A kid who wears the same suits as lawyers while not even holding a job yet?
As for being ridiculed--if he was full of himself then why not bring him down to earth?? It is more of a service than anything...one must be playful with miniature clowns..

A lot of questions Eckhart and some of them were being asked at the time: how can a student afford such bespoke luxury without mummy and daddy's wealth? The inference being that he was not a self made man.
The ridicule on the university webpage, was beyond character and back bone building stuff, it was anti-semitic racism against his wife.
Hello cat,
All the questions were asked at the same time, but not at once. As you can see I am very profound...and full of a warm curiosity.
Anyways, a kid in college obsessed with suiting forming a movement sounds terribly silly...Hatred is never any good though, you are quite right there...Unless you are filmnoirbuff, then you are a pestiferous soul that needs dealing with
I am looking at you filmnoir! You simple minded peasant!
