On the 20 February 2012 the deputy Sheriff arrived at another Irish family's home to repossess it and give the keys to the bank in Co Laois. Thus putting another Irish family onto the streets.
I've been interested in this stuff for years shoo, I've been round free ravers and travellers since I was about 15 and a lot of the clued up ones had a good understanding of common law, and their rights, Britain though is a strange, we don't have one document listing all our rights, they are split up over many different documents, the reason the Irish guy does so well is because of the Irish constitution.

So many ways ou could approach home possession. That's the beauty of the law, there is so much room for creativity. Once you get the basics of law down (not the stuff they teach you at Law school) you can think up all types of stuff to stop the authorities and companies.
l've spent all my holidays thinking of stuff l can do to stop the authorities and how to prosecute the judge, cops and other govt/corporations if they step out of line.
Btw, court orders in Oz can only be issued by the judiciary according to our constitution. A single judge has no power to issue orders, it must be done by a committee of people to avoid bias. If they do enter the property without a proper judicary order the cops can be prosecuted.
Common Law is based on the ten commandmends written in stone over 5,000 years ago.
