Why don't you just focus on shoes?

I'm trying to help you, I'm trying to help you to have standards. I'm trying to make you know that the world isn't pleased to see you. You're ugly and superfluous and ignorant and you should be frightened and meek and grateful.

Don't discuss too much Shooey, you may find as lawyer, he is already working for the otherside.

The first thing he says is 'I dont need to produce the evidence'

I would not hold onto faith in light of the facts, don't be a sheep to some other source of bullshit, just because it counters what you hate.

In defense of Shooey (and whilst I do not subscribe to some of the more ludicrous claims) the notion that law is incomplete and it's authority insubstantial is not so fantastical. This effect is especially acute when considering the self-authorised ability to impose punitive fines, as this example of what is quite simply a money making device:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-21023615

Law is not justice, but it should be. Law should serve the best interests of the population, but it does not. Law is in practice, more often than not, a means of controlling the poor, the underprivileged and the ignorant. No one can be naive enough to be unaware that the rich and powerful are above the law, the evidence of which is compellingly omnipresent.

If we have any freedom at all then let that freedom be available to whosoever wishes to test it's boundaries, whether or not one considers them to be a kooky time-waster. People saying and doing things that might not meet with one's personal approval is an inevitable, and laudable, consequence of liberty.

Re: U.S.A is not a country, it's a corporation - Obama isn't the president

At the end of the day it is really simple stuff. We can talk about statutes and the rest, BUT...all the govt's are now corporations and can't enforce anyone to contract with them by being forced to pay taxes, fines and fees because they `so called' govt have no authority to enforce any contracts against the will of the people. Now THAT is the secret to it all, and THAT is why they can't challenge me on not paying them. It would be the same as a bunch of  pizza delivery guys making up a fake parliament and trying to enforce payment under `colours of law' onto me.

l refer to all the govts and police as pizza delivery guys because they have no more power than what those guys have. You can't enforce a unilateral contract against a person's will. All these silly fines etc are just a try on to see which suckers will pay them, and it turns out that most suckers will pay them because they are asleep. If fake govt bodies try tying me to my Cesti Que Trust, then show me the proof l was contracted at the time l got the fine, of course they can't. And if all these govt's are now fake then how can they say l am contracted with the govt??? People are calling them out on the scam everywhere now. Not one person is eligable to sit in parliament in Australia, all have broken the law.

That's why you can get police on extortion charges etc if they try fining you. They are non govt and are trying to force a contract on you. Each time l pull them up on those points for that they go away because they know l can prosecute them. Does anyone seriously think people are going to take me to court because they couldn't extort money out of me??? Same goes with income taxes, customs duties and many other things.

All I would say, is you are clearly getting this info from somewhere Shoo, and I'm not sure you've got the experience or knowledge to second guess it, and it could be detrimental to you to swallow it whole.
