I've been preparing for my holiday and indulging in some retail therapy. Today is reserved for family, friends and religious activities.
What have you been up to?
I have been writing and reading Henry Hazlitt's Economics In One Lesson.
Its like a trolls convention.
Made a Beef Wellington (£30 for fillet of beef! Daylight robbery are food prices now).
Also shopping on-line for socks, which is a frustrating experience (guessing at accurate colour from the photos) but the brands I prefer are not stocked anywhere local to me.
Eating some ham. Visiting some family. Finishing up a book about Churchill and Gandhi.
Family time: daughter and her boyfriend came in from NYC, sister and her kids from Puerto Rico.
Ate marinated lamb meat slow roasted with feta cheese (Brother in law is greek)
Fantastic weekend.
* studying the law extensively
* teaching the law
* blowin' my horn
* meditating on the sound and light vibrations
* packing my suitcase for a trip to the country, but wondering how the heck l am going to be able to bring 8 pairs of shoos with me.
