Matt, love those shoes...Very very nice...are they called spectators? I used to wear something similar, but I've always known them, wrongly I guess, as gibsons...
Those OP spectators,,, I can only see them being worn with a zoot suit and singing Kid Creole & the Coconuts' tunes!!

Matt, those are probably the only spectators I've seen that I wouldn't feel too self-conscious wearing. Nicely done.
Those captoes in the OP seem indeterminate, as if they didn't have the courage to be white but also chickened out before they found the right balance of black.
