Re: Back in Black...

Most tailors (like almost all Blogateers), know sweet Fanny Adams about dressing. The most that they know is how to make clothes. Moreover, it would be a sad day indeed, once we need to start taking tips from these guys on how to dress.

Re: Back in Black...

He looks a handy lad.Welterweight?

I had a black suit once and the one time I wore it, I received a lot of complements.

It was RTW and fused and as I spilt loads of stuff on it at it first outing I had to have it dry cleaned.

It returned with its fusing all mangled by the dry cleaning fluids so that was the end of  that.

I do have a  long black winter coat (Edward Woodward Equalizer or Batman style) and I like it.

But back to our tailor's outfit: It must pick up a lot of bits, being velvet.

Re: Back in Black...

I think athletic young guys like my son look great in it.
Somebody in his 30's like this tailor is already beginning to look like he's trying too hard.
I myself bought one in one of those "wouldn't it be cool if" moments, but in the end just seem be in the right mood for it during Christmas parties.

Re: Back in Black...

There are namely three types of airport car parking: On-site parking, Off-site parking and Valet parking. In on-site parking one is allowed to park the car at the airport grounds and from there one has the option of either walking or one can take a short shuttle bus ride to the terminal. It is quite a convenient option, as one is very close to the airport terminal. However, the cost of parking there can be quite costly and usually the price is based on per-day basis.

Formby, I really hate that. Maybe it's the photography but I am thinking something you get from a low rent mall.

Re: Back in Black...

I just don't like it either. Simpliciter. No explanation necessary but (stage whisper): ''Do you suppose that he is on the stage?''.
