Those loafers are blake constructed.
Sometimes it can be hard to work out the construction method. Eg, sometimes they blake stitch a shoe and then put a sock over the insole so the stitching is covered and can't be easily felt, + they can also add a pre-stitched rand and glue it to imitate goodyear. They can also make blake shoes also look like goodyear welted. Lots of different methods can be applied.
