Re: The Creeping i-Gentism On The Wardrobe...

No biggie.

The JS guys are aware this place exists but nobody bothers with it. It's regarded as just me pissing about !

As I recall this was all to do with your frustration that your emails had gone unanswered. Venting on here about it was absolutely fine. Pointless, but fine !

My comment was rather tongue in cheek. Mea Culpa. I didn't respond to your final post just because it had all got a bit silly by then. The guys get a ton of emails in the shop - Too many to really deal with them all, especially when they are just asking for info. I know you'll say that providing that info could result in a sale for them, but they do have an experience of that rarely being the case. There's one of our estemed members here who never buys anything but is endlessly asking questions that Paul mentioned last time I saw him. I politely said that I guessed he was just information gathering... Paul gave me a look.

Re: The Creeping i-Gentism On The Wardrobe...

Since then JS has the website & the Facebook page now gets more attention than it used to by them. I do most of the page, but questions do get answered more often than not now. I do the Tweets too, but nobody else really looks at them or any questions asked via that medium.

Ringing the shop still remains the best way.
