38 Short with 17" biceps?
Is this guy some king of terrifying human/lobster hybrid?
Shocking !
If you can't trust a total stranger online who can you trust ?
Not necessarily, big business generally only uses proved, tried and trusted resources, often backed-up by extra financial due diligence and prequalification, capability and capacity audits.
Trust has to be earned, that's why a new seller on ebay/etsy/chrono24 or anywhere else selling second hand Rolex's is going to have a very limited business stream until they establish themselves.
In all my years on the net - since the beginning basically - starting with swapping bootleg live concert CDs by mail internationally - I've never been burnt. Yet I know others who stumble and get strange things go wrong all the time.
I'm inclined to agree with Mr. Hepcat. I'm certainly fussy about who I trust, especially online. Would I personally buy and sell on the esteemed fora? To date I never have. I've certainly done deals with friends, but trust some random SF-er? Not on your nelly.
Over the years I've bought dozens of things from AAAC members — often from the same three or four people. I got burned once on a two box deal — the second box never arrived and the guy disappeared from the website. He ripped off a few other people too.
So I view that as an aberration.
Man, alleged long-term customer and ahem Doctor, ignores obvious signs that a discounted shirt on the Brooks Brothers site is a child's item, is peeved when asked to fork over a $7 fee to return it and wishes to take it up with the CEO!!!!

Hilarious Hawaiian Yolosauce polls about wearing athletic jerseys, is somewhat stunned when met with a resounding negative. Odd anecdote featuring a photo of half-naked shaved men in masks and capes for some reason.

Maybe AAAC and it's dealings with the poor old Allen Edmonds CEO gave him lofty ambitions to aspire to. Of course he had to broadcast it publically so everyone on the internet knows how important he is.
`l speak to CEOs, `cause l am important'.
Inane thread on double monkstraps - http://www.wdwv.net/forum/threads/dubmunk-yay-or-nay.477/
yeah but heppie thats a bit different than complaining to a shoe company ceo because you don't know how to try on a shoe.
A couple new users in Andyland pose the usual "I bought weird shoos - wo do I wear them wif?" query.
They also seem to each post totally unviewable photos.

Where the heck is everyone?
Out and about I imagine.
Jos. A. Banks is having a "Buy One Get Seventeen Free" sale, so everyone's probably down there.
Ah, the Jos. A.
My buddy did a Jos. A. sale run back in June right before I saw him, said he spent like 3 grand. I told him for that price he should check his receipt, he probably owns the store now.
Also the reason I happened to be in town was a fitting with Poole, which he told me was the douchiest thing he's ever heard.
I least I don't shop at the Jos. A!
