Re: Would you trust a doctor in a T shirt?

A&E doctors typically wear scrubs. With good reason.

Mrs F. informs me that the hospitals she has worked at expect their male doctors to wear a shirt and trousers but no tie for hygienic reasons.

Several old school school consultants wore the full rig, DB chalkies when she was training however, like the late Mr Justice and every bit as colourful. But this was several decades ago.

Doctors in the private sector can be suited and booted.

Re: Would you trust a doctor in a T shirt?

l don't trust any doctors, period!  But l can see how they can very occasionally be useful in rare cases when surgery is needed when dangerous accidents occur. We are very funny how we think in the Western countries towards doctors. Whether a Doc wears a t-shirt or a suit, most are severely dumbed down by the medical universities and drug reps funded by BIG Pharma.

The modern day culture of the west has taught us to act like irresponsible babies and put our lives in other people's hands. We are taught to rely on lawyers, we are taught to rely on finance investers and we are taught to put our health in medical doctors hands. We don't do much for ourselves anymore and we have become a bunch of hopeless cases. Why aren't we independant? Can you trust your financial advisor, lawyer or doctor?...of course not, so study dilegently and do it yourself and become responsible.
