Sense, T3.
My comment was a bit cheeky I know.
Agreed: A Sack is a Sack is a Sack. Enjoy it for what it is.
Being cheeky again:
Is it fair to say that the good guys on the Trad forum go beyond Trad & are therefore not really Trads?
By this I mean that guys like you (as you are over here) & Mr. Brownshoe just don't fit the Trad stereotype that gets made fun of so much on the MBs. The other good guys (we all have our own list) over there seem to go beyond Trad too...
You are the "babies" in all that "Trad" bathwater, maybe.
"Trad" as a word seems nothing that you guys should really be tied to...
I don't see you & Mr. Brownshoe at all as the posturing 'What-Ho' types that sadly the Trads have come to be regarded as on the MBs.
How do you feel about the stereotype?
Don't you also feel the need to reform Trad just a little?

The content over at AndyTrad has its ups and downs. Right now it is pretty far down. I think there used to be more grownups over there. And the old concept of Trad is slipping away. There are still a few stalwarts, but they are being overtaken. I'm glad I got there when I did.
Regarding Ivy League clothes: I like'em. But they are getting less interesting. It's hard to think about them so much.
I could bore everyone with my weekend plans, but really, who gives a shit.
The CLOTHES. you have to write about the CLOTHES.
Brother Bone is my hope for the Trad future.
Keep it real!

So that was that & we all had fun.
Big thanks to Mr. Calvin for the thread - Told ya he'd make a contribution, like it or not...
I'm hoping that what's said here in the 'privacy' of this forum gets put into action elsewhere & that we see all lovers of that 'All-American' look keeping it real over on their home forums when the "What is the Traddest beverage for afternoon tea?" threads carry on a rollin' in.
Onwards & upwards!
