^^^

Bravo WM I love it when the good guys triumph.
I have a tale to tell about my first day in secondary school.
I wont go into too much detail as it would sound like I am glorifying violence (which I abhor).
It involved a pen my mother bought for me. A much older Bully and someone going to hospital
To have their cheek stitched up. Suffice to say no one ever tried to steal from me in school again.

Re: Social Class ?

It's like what they say about going to jail - just find the most fucked up looking violent guy, clock him until you get a chance to get at him and then run up and just bust him in the nose and bite off his ear or something.

Re: Social Class ?

Knives, or guns.  In Atlanta they like to carry guns.  Knives are too personal and require too much fortitude to use.

Re: Social Class ?

The kids in Atlanta like to do things like shoot someone dead and then take 5 dollars out of their wallet.

Re: Social Class ?

Well, they can't legally buy the ammunition until they're 18, and maybe not handgun ammo until over 21.  Just last week a teenage girl and her 7 year old brother went outside to get in the car to leave and these two young teenage boys tried to carjack the girl.  She jumped out of the car and tried to run away and grabbed her younger brother.  As they were running away from the car the two teenagers opened fire on them and killed the 7 year old.

I think a big part of the problem is that these kids are in gangs and they are committing violent crimes in order to earn points in the gangs and prove their gang loyalty.  The spoils of the crime aren't really the object.  I believe this is the suspected motive in the above crime.

Re: Social Class ?

Maybe this accounts for the recent rash of baby-in-stroller shootings as well.
