l think someone has photoshopped these as a joke. That Quintuple monk wouldn't work so well to walk in, the flap over the instep would make it menacing to walk in (bad design).

Yes definitely photoshopped (except the triple).  Still, I think with a bit more editting they could do a convincing octuple monk. An then the next step obviously is 12 and 16 (in a V configuration of course)

Never did like the monk. Its shapelessness is antithetical to the concept of a custom shoe.
