I was just at the Alden Shop in San Fran. The guys fitting the shoes there are top notch. To me, it's really worth paying full price if you have any fit concern.
Also stopped by Cable Car. The racks of trousers remind me of the old Brooks at 346 Madison. They've got that very tradly green that no one looks good in, but that is alluring nonetheless.
Some nice Shetland wool jackets. Shirts, very expensive, made in India.
