Agreed, shame for Hollywood he was swinging from the scaffold 150 years ago now.

It would be great if there was a similar glass plate of Walt Whitman, how cool would that be?

I actually found them on The Daily Mail website, I know that's even worse, as our fallen comrade Liam chided me about more than once

In any event, that colouring technique is absolutely superb, it really brings a history quite bit more than over the horizon of living memory to life. I dig it!

Look lets get one thing straight, i only stumbled across "hot dead guys" while goggling for images of Lewis Powell (honestly).
I feel i need to defend the site owners though,none of the pictures are actually of guys that were dead at the time the photograph
was taken.Although clearly they are all dead now, the site name is in poor taste i feel maybe they should change it to the attractive deceased.
