Re: I received a police penalty notice

When these pirates pull you over you say "l am happy to contract with you today, but it's gonna cost you plenty". Then you put them on notice by handing them a fee schedule so it's activated. Basically, it is dealing with a corporation as a corporation. For eg, l go under the name shooman because l am a flesh and blood man of God, but when l play the role of a corporation l am legally called Mr Shooman (the law books back this up because Mr is an office holder).

We aren't supposed to know stuff like this.

My corporate fees are very expensive because l have a shoo addiction to highend shoos, but if they want to pay $50,000 for me to pay a $180 notice l am happy to do so.

With the local council l charged millions to pay an unlawful  parking fine of $70, and they were pissed big time. They got some heavies in to intimidate me because l had the bastards stitched up legally. They took it very seriously because they let me park anywhere l wanted without penalty all year because they knew l knew the law. They don't own the street, so l am not feeding their parking meters and contracting unless there is something in it for me to contract.

What type of idiot contracts when there is no fair two way exchange??? When you pay a fine only one party gets a benefit. A contract is supposed to be beneficial to both parties. Forcing someone to enter into a contract for free (contract to pay a fine) is SLAVERY and extortion, and this is against the law. I do NOT work for free. If my fees are too high l am happy to negotiate because l believe in being fair.

Re: I received a police penalty notice

One of the world famous FOTL law gurus just wrote back to me. He said to do what l was going to do, just return the fine to them to head office so it stuffs them up. Saves their time and my time. I return all my fines and never hear from them again. smile I return all government mail unopened also. Soon as l see Mr or the envelope with my initials...OFF IT GOES...straight back to where it came from, and they pay the postage.

Re: I received a police penalty notice

Sent back the fine via certified mail a couple of weeks ago because l could not read the de facto police officer's hand writing, so it will be interesting if sending it back can stuff up their automated system. l have not heard from them so far. If they send back another fine (unlikely me thinks because it is an automated system and they wouldn't have the flexibility to redo the fine with the same code at the same amount imo) l will send it back unopened by writing RTS on the envelope to make them think it was mailed to the wrong address. I will draw out the process and if it gets sent certified mail l will pull a few more tricks out of my sleeve. If it eventually goes to court l will play it low key and insist on the de facto Judge reading his oath because public authority only has authority when they act under an oath, and is he refuses l will bring out the heavy artiliiary and expose his fraud. If he tries to go to recess to change the jurisdcition l will not consent and reset the original jurisdiction if l have too.

Btw, all summons for court will have `REJECTED' written on the back of the summons saying that the Judge needs to attach his signed oath for it to have authority. There is many things l can do because l refuse to tuck my tail in between my legs and be bullied and robbed by criminals posing as authority. If the courts and police were genuine authorities l would have no problem, but none of the courts and police are de jure authorities.

Shooey, good luck with this, but when they get fed up with you and the handcuffs eventually go on you will find that their effect is the same whether or not they are applied with an oath.

My road safety initiative would be to outlaw seat belts and have all cars fitted with a six inch metal spike mounted on the centre of the steering wheel pointing at the drivers chest. People would then drive very carefully and I don't think speeding would be much of a problem at all. I would be a lot safer on my bicycle.
