If you look here you will see some pics of stuff from Luxire - the shirts by and large look good to great - the trousers I'm not sure but I'm inclined to think its the "orders/orderees" (?) fault for tweaking measurements they don't understand the implications /knockon overall garment effects.
Start from the latest posts and work back for trousers - or as they call them pants.
WM - you are aware that that Camel Wool Flannel is NOT 100% wool - its 90% Wool, 10% Nylon 13 - 14oz / 400 gms

The shirts look potentially great as you can specify exactly what you want with the collar. Some guys on style forum seem to have replicated the unlined mercer collar pretty well. Might order a popover flannel and an oliv canvas button down. They even have green oxford in stock!

Luxire quote that they are specializing in copying vintage pants/trousers/trews/slacks... So those FL pics are probably the result of copying some 1930s pants. I wouldn't worry as in that case they did fine - such pants, regardless if we like them or not, are harder to make than flat fronted Ivy pants. 
I will ask the guy that recommended them in a German forum. He was happy with his flat fronts (he is a bespoke guy), but quoted that his pleated pants were very well made, only the pleats weren't perfect. And as most of us prefer flat fronts anyway...

I keep my fingers crossed, too - very curious how it will turn out. As said earlier, I have some chinos that I love because they fit so well. They were cheapos but the cut is perfect (for me - enough rise, well cut seat, the taper couldn't get any better...) - I never found them again. So I would love to have them "copied" but with some "special" details and in various fabrics...

All wool flannel from Luxire is $180, with free shipping to the UK BUT I could get stung by customs. Still not a bad option, although they are made in India. I would choose the cloning option, which would mean sending my favourite trousers to India first. All told it's still cheaper and quicker than going to my tailor, however I have had an offer from a UK tailor to do some in a couple of weeks. Not cheap though. I may try Luxire for a second pair of flannels when I'm in less of a rush.
Some of the RTW options look good, but risky, as I really want a perfect rise and generous leg. Plus when they arrive I'll have to get them cuffed, which is more time and money; tailored/cloned may be a simpler option.

The thing with RTW trousers is sizing. I know exactly what size to order in any jacket, suit or shirt, but with trousers the right size for me can vary by as much as 2". All adds more time and expense, particularly when customs fees are involved.
