I think about the suit, then shoes, then shirt (usually its white) tie and finally pocket square......not very interesting I know.

I thought of photo shopping myself into a nicer looking toilet.
Well, as my not so classy buddy likes to say, you can sleep in your car, but you can't drive your house.

Perfect.
Board meeting? More like BORED meeting.
I'm not sure about the highest differential. Really - living here, like most places I guess, you just accept it as normal.
A 20C drop is a bit unusual but its not uncommon to have a 30C day with a "cool change" coming in in the evening and dropping to low 20Cs then say 17C overnight.
In general here we'd consider a night with a low of 18C+ to be a bit hot and warm and uncomfortable to sleep. The real heatwaves aren't so much about any single one day temp but about a run of nights above 18C with also hot days above 30C. The bushfires are a worry when there is a lot of dry fuel and a high wind coupled with the heat.
One day of 40C by itself - if the nights either side are under 17C is fine.
The 4 seasons bit is often in autumn and spring particularly - where you could have a low of 13C overnight then some rain and wind in morning heading out, then rising to a clear sunny day around 22C from midday to 3 pm then perhaps rain and wind again as it cools down.
In the height of summer I've had xmas days with 40C plus and others where it was down at 16C and raining. But there is never hot days in winter.
