I know modern Weejuns aren't made with the best materials, but I must defend them slightly on the grounds that the ones I bought new about 4 or 5 years ago have held up really well and still look decent. And I wear them more than anything else because they're always out sitting around wherever I happened to last kick them off. I don't even keep trees in them. About to head out of the house, I just jump into them and I'm off. They've served me well, and with the amount of wear still left on the original soles, it looks like they'll be serving me well for a few more years.

I did like the cut and the overall construction, but the leather is too awful... I know I am a bit snobby about that... It wasn't the grey, it was that cheapo leather I couldn't stand...
