Good list Stan. Reminds me of another song I loathe.
Def Leppard - Pour Some Sugar on Me

The 80s had to be the worst for drum sounds. Drums just DON'T SOUND LIKE THAT!!
"Demolition woman can I be your man?" What??
/\ SMF:
I love classic Van Halen too, but with Eddie's guitar not the synth ... Jump was tinny to my eras, hate that keyboard
Phil Collins tore it up on some great Eno records ....
Red Hot Chili Peppers, no sir ....
Miami Vice was interesting to me, people made such a big deal out of it for a while that I didn't want to know but we knew all the locations and that part of it was fun .....
Ram Jam - Black Betty

Hahaha. Just look at these guys!
Steve Miller Band - The Joker

The Doors - Touch Me

It's like The Doors in some Vegas revue.
Police - King of Pain
Peter Frampton - Baby I Love Your Way
America- so many choices, Tin Man, Ventura Highway, Horse With No Name
anybody - You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling
Sonny & Cher- I Got You Babe
Beatles - Maxwell's Silver Hammer
Bruce Springsteen - Hungry Heart
I've got to say, I like the Righteous Brothers' tune too. Nor can I say that the lady and I don't get a little excited when we hear I Got You Babe. I never said I had impeccable taste. I would imagine I'd hate most Steve Winwood stuff from the '80s, but usually when I end up hearing it, I kind of like it.
And I almost said Huey Lewis doesn't really bother me much, but that song you just posted is a total piece of work. SO BAD!!
Fleetwood Mac - Gypsy

Georgia Satellites - Keep Your Hands to Yourself

This sort of gluttonous guitar solo over this blues style southern rock is for the birds. I can just see the pained guitar faces the guy's probably making.
