Ha!
The Judge: "ahhhh uhm uh ahhh uhm."
If Wayne tried that move on a cop here in the States, there's a very good chance he would have been shot dead.
I'm sure he saves plenty of money on legal fees.
Voting in NYC is almost always a waste of time. Voting for President as resident of New York State, ditto. And it boggles my mind that anyone can actually get excited about voting given the candidates, state and national, that percolate to the top. Somehow people actually go out and decide to vote for Chuck Schumer every 6 years. Amaaaaaazing. But it's not like we would be better off with the cannon fodder put up against the incumbents anyway. Voter apathy is an entirely rational response.

^ Is that the same Wayne Kenneth Glew who was exposed as a fraud over his 'fuel vaporisation system' that didn't work ?
He's a classic, when people owe him money he takes them to court (Glew Technologies has cases in 97, 98 2001 and 2004) and when he owes money he declares the court unconstitutional.
He has been declared a vexatious litigant in WA for 'turning on his own facts' . There are plenty of people like this around, although you don't find many in places like China or Iran, they're a sort of by-product of a democracy. They exploit the legal system, which is supposed to be there for the benefit of society as whole, for their own ends. They wriggle and argue and often get away with things but it doesn't change the fact that they didn't pay their bill or they broke the law. They like all the benefits of a free society, but only the rules that suit them, when it comes to their contribution i.e. paying their taxes, forget it, that's only for suckers in their book. But if that's how they want to pass their time in this world.

No-one likes having to spend time fighting the authorities and going into court rooms, but people do it to fight for their rights. I hate having to fight authority because l have better things to do, but if they fine me l will come out fighting and will spend many sleepless nights preparing legal paperwork. No aussie govt sits under the crown, nor do the courts, so they have no authority over the people when common law hasn't been breached. That's why all these donkey's in Australia want to bring a republic in..so it cleans up the legal mess the authorities are in.
The Republic movement shits me more than anything else. I won't speak to those people...they are stupid and they suck. Once the Queen goes we are buggered. I don't want to be aropund to see that day, i'd rather be dead than see an aussie President....my worst nightmare becauise it will bring in a communist dictatorship, it is almost that way now.
This is an example of how those criminals sitting in our courts (magistrates...the worst criminals of all) are denying our rights. You exercise your rights by asking the de facto magistrate if they are acting under their oath of allegiance, or if they have a writ of commission and the person gets locked up for it like the poor guy in this case.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c_oIR_nhV5s
If these defacto magistrates were de jure they would happily provide their oath and signed writ of commission, but they can't because they don't sit under the crown and are committing fraud and don't want to perjure themselves. That's also why sherrifs don't have signed warrants by a justice...it's all fraud and the defacto justice doesn't want to put heir's name to it.
Wake up guys!

I know man - Cambro-Norman lord of Pemroke! Invaded Ireland at theinstigation of Diarmat MacMurchada, the deposed king of Leinster, no less.
Strongbow had also invaded the South Wales Valleys - as Actonbaby will attest. ( ;
^ Strongbow, the classy valleys option.
White Lightning is the popular choice, with a suprising resurgence of interest in Thunderbird (red label of course).
^
Might just be an urban legend but wasn't it a quirk of Scottish law that as a 'medicinal tonic' it could be sold in shops without a alcohol licence and therefore increasing it's availability.

^ He might be a freedom fighter and a selfless champion of individual rights, pitting himself against the might of the state but, the question remains..... would you buy a used car from this man?
Mmm....probably not.
^ hahaha.
