Black monks (preferrably in cordowan)
YES OR NO
They are not as dressy as oxfords, yes.
But I very much like to wear monks as they are gentle to this funny bone on top of my left foot.

Definitely keep them. On the right man they are a manly shoo which allows you to let it all hang out and call the shots with attitude.
