^Thanks for the kind words, Horace.

As a matter of interest, I attended the wedding of my wife's niece on Friday in Petaluma, California. Quite a few of the male guests were wearing bolo ties, including the bride's 94 year old grandfather. He is a dairy farmer there. I assumed the prevalence of the bolo ties was due to the bucolic ambience. However, an old friend of mine--a college professor--told me that bolo ties are enjoying a resurgence and are quite in vogue among the younger set these days.

Interesting. I must be getting too old to know what the trends are which is slightly frightening.

Oh noes, I bought a Tom Ford suit and the tailor didn't put the surgeon's cuff on them!!1  I suspect he did it on purpose.  Is it too late? Will my status drop?

That is a great thread. I love this:

Rules man Arkirshner tries to address important issues that have probably been overlooked in the books.

A simple yes/ no answer is sought.

Some people object to this codifying exercise either because of the questions themselves, or the act of splitting them all out across three distinct threads.

You might expect better spelling from the doc though....
