they are really nice looking shoes, I realize , now having seen a picture of pebble grain leather ,I also am a fan of this leather ,I have a pair of Cheaney, slip ons (howard model with a rubber sole).
Jack , look how quickly I learn.
Today: Chunky dark brown Clark's walking shoes, maroon socks, my new H & M raw denim jeans, turned up (boxy cut, absolutely no frills and three times heavier than any other trousers I own, brilliant), navy polo shirt with white stripes on the collar, orange Shetland v-neck and beige Harrington. 80's G-Shock.
Why: I thought I'd get a little anti-hero vibe going this Friday, and the orange Shetland clashes nicely with the red tartan lining of the Harrington.

Today it's just old Brooks pajama bottoms and my old fraternity tee. Maybe I won't even shave today.
Why, I'm feelin' lazy today.
starting with foundation garments .
I am wearing Marks and Spencers white knitted cotton boxer shorts ( I only ever wear white underwear- It allways ensures you are fastidious with your bathroom routine-if you get my meaning- no brown underwear to camoflague, lack of efficiency for me thankyou very much)
some rather nice marks and spencers argyle socks in navy with mid blue diamonds and a light blue stitching.
My cheaney pebble grain slip ons ( howard model)
Levi 505 jeans( a little higher on the waist than 501`s- hides a multitude of sins)
and a blue checked shirt from van heusen ( not button down collar)
I am wearing this clothing for no other reason than I`m just hanging around my office today.
The shoes I am wearing because I mentioned them here yesterday.
S'Cool.
Navy lightweight worsted flannel suit, light blue medium-spread-collar shirt, burgundy/gold/royal blue BB No. 2 repp, black captoes, black belt, navy socks.
Why? Job interviews--I'm aiming for a "member of the club" look.
Last night -- black Russell Athletic Dri-Power shirt; olive-green shorts (pleated); 6-hole Docs with turned-down work socks (you know, the gray ones with the white tops and the red band)
Why? Genesis concert outdoors at BMO Field in Toronto in 30C+ heat and humidity
Certainly the oldest crowd I have ever seen at a concert. Oh, and if you do happen to take in the tour, given the intensity and variety of the light-show, best to skip the 'shrooms ...
grey Press suit tropical wool
blue press socks
black Alden wingtips
white Andover BD broadcloth
blue and white stripe tie, Andover
Been in the house all day working and organising things for tonight. l'm currently wearing no name tracksuit pants, no name long sleeve shirt, Patrick Cox blake stitched slipper/scuffs. lt certainly don't look stylish but l don't care.....been to busy to care.
Going to have a shower soon and get dressed alittle better. l'll be wearing: Borrelli button cuff shirt, brown Santoni FAM captoe derby's, tailored Oxxford sportscoat, tailored Oxxford pants, pocket square, no name undies. (smart casual). lt is a great aussie day (the sun is shining) so i'm going to play it really casual and wear brown shoos tonight.

Decided to change my clothes to smart no name stuff. Got a HUGE party to attend after midnight (lots of people in the music industry) and l don't want good clothes getting ruined.
so....black sportscoat, black pants and a white shirt. l'll wear my black Johnny Moke shoos.
