I utilized the "call o'connell's on the phone" exercise just today.
My fav exercise is jumping to conclusions and running off a the mouth.
I love to play football with my brother and his kids and their cousins. My bro and I are official QBs. QB can run and can be rushed by the D after a three-Mississippi count. Play on the sand and into the first few feet of surf. Try to make sure nobody gets trampled or hit in the face with the ball.
Basketball is good too ....
It cracks me up to see how happy they get when they make a good catch or hit a shot ....
Play until you pull a muscle, that's about 45 minutes.
Then limp around like a champ.

I eat red meat and eggs almost every day. I drink a few times a week. Usually 2 or 3, but sometimes I just go off. I'll smoke just about any kind of tobacco when it's around...pipe, cigar, cigarette.
That's the bad.
The good is that I do walk a lot. I bike. I play tennis a fair amount. I don't eat big meals. Not a big carb man...I don't like bread, chips (crisps), or dairy so much and don't take a lot of refined sugar.
I feel good. I'm 6' and weigh 165, so I am a normal weight. My cholesterol probably sucks, but it's very Ivy not to worry about going to the doctor for a checkup.
It just does not make sense to me to worry about diet. I'm from rural people of the upland South. These people ate corn, pork, and beef more than anything else. Hard drinkers, tobacco users, and caffeine addicts. Looking back and seeing that most made it into their 70s and beyond...I just don't see the point.
I really loathe the act of exercising, but I feel great afterward and I know it helps my general day-to-day state of mind.
I don't, but I know several people who are devoted to squash.

I'm curious to know what vitamin/ supplements people use, if any.
AM I take C, D, Glucosamine, DHEA and flax seed
PM before bed I take ZMA which is marketed as a sleep/ recovery aid and testosterone booster. I actually buy the zinc, magnesium and b6, which is a lot less expensive. This stuff is like natural Viagra, I'm talking about waking up rock hard.
Maybe some of it is placebo but this approach seems to work for me. I'm not on any prescription meds.
I just take an organic men's multi.

Hmmmmm...
Maybe I'll think twice about taking that multi in the morning.
