I've never owned one, only blue or white oxford cloth. So can one wear a pink oxford cloth shirt and still be dressed 'Ivy'? And if they are 'Ivy' are Brooks Brothers good ones?
What do you think?
I don't know, I'm trying to learn what true 'Ivy' is.
Yeah.
Pink. Ivy.
Brooks. Ivy.
Next?
Pink isn't ivy. Pink is fab-u-lous! ivy.
Old Bill was "Matt".
Mike is back from post-Ted, pre-Matt days.
It's good to see the old faces come back 'round.
John Calvin next?

I like your expression 'a regular AAAC user' - sounds like being a habitual drug user...

Faultless taste, Steven.
Mike was just having a little learning curve thing...
And now he's a fully paid up forum member.
Eh, Mike?
Seriously, Mike - What are you wearing at the moment?
Are you Trad & looking for your next move?
Your chum,
David
(SS's link may also interest our other new brother - Cheeky Monkey. Any thoughts CM?)
On the Brook's Slimfit - - - - In the 80's it didn't have a box pleat. Just shoulder tucks. Check the old catalogues & see what I mean.
'Charlie' from 'Metropolitan' wears one in whenever that flick was, 1990?
The box pleat on the Slimfit is something recent therefore?

(I don't wear 'em, btw.)

These shirts are 'tripe'?

Not much of a sales pitch is it?

I`ve taken a look on the website and some of the stuff- I love.
Some I`m not so impressed with.
I am going to give the button down collared shirts a whirl -on Jacks reccomendation.
I just haven`t decided wether to go for the non Iron shirts as yet- it appeals to my lazy, loaferish ( carefree ) nature.
Any imput would be appreciated

Mike is one of our new intake this Fall.
Soon any rough edges will be gone & he'll be one heck of a cat.
Mr. Cheeky Monkey (also class of '07) joins us along with Mike and shows the way - Talk about clothes & have some fun too.
Just do the clothes talk bit first.
