Charm.  Pure charm, buddy.  You been to Peoria or Montgomery this time of year?   Beautiful.

I thought you just had to bring a big enough bucket of KFC to feed the whole bus?

Re: FNB Travelogue

Santiago de Compostela today. Lots of devout types on the Camino pilgrimage route. Or are they just continental versions of the Ramblers Association members? How far have they walked as well? From France? Or did they just get dropped off a few kilometres outside town? To do it properly you need to get stamps in your pilgrimage card but I am not sure how strictly that is policed.

Lots of rain. Umbrella central.

Found a good bar with cheap beer and nice tapas at one euro a pop. A Spaniard in there was having pint after pint like a
Brit. I counted four to the two I had. I should have shook his hand.

Also did tripadvisor restaurants some good, some bad.

Re: FNB Travelogue

South West is offering some stupid cheap prices right now for travel in December and Jan-Feb. $49 one-way to some destinations. Virgin has a 20% off promo code running as well.

Damn. That's amazing.  Never even heard of it.  Not that that's saying much.  I don't think Greyhound stops there does it?

Oh.  Count me in then. I love bus travel.  The more noxious diesel fumes the better.  I'm especially partial to buses built prior to 1990 that also have luggage racks on top.
