Re: The Trad Trouser

Does Chipp still exist and if it does is it the same old Chipp? Not that I knew the original Chipp. It is nice to know something remains the same.

Re: The Trad Trouser

I've been asking around on this one and had a friend go through his Chet Baker collection...

We also think that Chet wore Corbin.

'Duckhead' was the runner-up guess, but the geography is against that one, I think.

I don't like 'Venitian' loafers, but Chet is famously photographed elsewhere wearing those too, so we are now trying to pin down the make & model of those just for fun...

It keeps us out of trouble (-ish!).

Horace,

I don't understand this whole obsession with "Trad". To the European eye, "Trad" clothing appears rather common. Can you elucidate?

Re: The Trad Trouser

The pics of Chipp are heart-warming.  It would be great if members of the Winston family could contribute memories of Chipp.  They can be reached at (212) 687-0850.  Horace?

Why is fxh bumping 7 year old threads?

Contrary to lies of FNB and Woofboxer, I (and most of the other "Buff Bastards") have been banned from posting on this forum. There are only a few posters left so don't waste your time on here. This forum is dead and nobody cares.
