Formerly made in the USA.  They do offer the unfused  soft Ivy button down collar with nice long points..

I ordered a blue OCBD a couple years ago.  I didn't specify anything unusual, so the cuffs and collar were heavily fused.  The collar, that was available then, was stingy.  The fit was snug ans short.  I believe they have this weird "Twenty Questions" manner of determining the pattern instead of direct measurement entry like Ratio and probably everybody else uses.  I'll just say that my Ratio shirt fits much, much better.
