I never got a definite answer about 100s shirt cotton as compared with the higher qualities. Is there any reason that 100s is inferior or the super numbers such as 160s or 200s better?

I did not realize and was very shocked to learn that, according to the experts, Acorn contracts for cotton with outside mills. Does this negatively affect the quality of their product and all?
