I've got one of those Phillips (made in the Netherlands) electric shavers that you can use in the shower and also with shaving foam or gel. It's a winner and I get out the shower and the only chore I need to do is clean my teeth.

I like steaming hot showers. I want to feel like I'm in a steam sterilizer. I usually shower at night, as I like to sleep until the absolute last minute possible every morning. But sometimes I do shower in the morning.

I used to live in a gated community where there was a swimming pool, sauna and steam rooms - how I miss sweating out a hangover, clearing my head with eucalyptus oils and kicking colds into touch.
I usually shower in the morning, but if i've been caught in the rain cycling i'll usually shower when I get in. If under the weather a shower before bed helps too.

Usually it's gym in a.m. and shower when I get home.
I shower first, then shave while everything is nice and loose.
If I know I have to get up early and it's going to be a long day, I will shower and shave before going to bed.

It's not overrated at all: you get out of the shower, thinking I have to shave now, oh no I don't!
It puts a perk in your stride for the rest of the day.

I'm now bearded so no shave, though when I did it was always before the shower. I usually shower in the morning but sometimes shower later too, depending on how the day went. I hate baths, can't recall the last time I had one. My routine is from the hair down and that's how I dry too. I always use bodyshop Ginger Shampoo and carbolic soap. I have been known to strip wash with the sink, mainly from my service days when there wasn't enough showers or time to wait.
