I think makeup is often poorly applied, which is why some woman look downright weird.
Some of the most attractive women I know look like circus freaks once they start applying the makeup.

Although it is true that some women look a lot better with than without, I feel like some of these sites go out of their way for lousy "Before" photos. A lesson to men about grooming and dressing.
